Role Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition with experience developing a world-class recruiting function. From sourcing to onboarding, you’ll assess ongoing talent needs and create customized strategies and processes for scaling the function to meet ever-expanding recruitment needs. We are looking for someone with a passion for global work, who demonstrates grit and agility, and who has the ability and experience to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, competitive, high-volume environment

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and implementation of data-driven, go-to-market strategies that will attract top talent across complex and competitive global markets
  • Partner closely with the People team, leadership, and key stakeholders to proactively assess talent needs and hire remarkable employees
  • Build recruiter capabilities to take advantage of the latest technology and social networking platforms in order to identify and attract talent
  • Optimize hiring strategies, scale best practices in talent acquisition, and drive process improvements and deliver on key initiatives
  • Provide hiring and employment data, metrics, and visualization analytics to inform strategic workforce planning goals
  • Reviews and analyzes talent markets to maintain keen awareness of government regulations, labor trends, sourcing alternatives and costs
  • Lead recruiting for key executive roles including developing a dynamic sourcing approach
  • Develop employer branding, including employee value proposition, that appeals to the talent we want to attract
  • Instill everyday excellence through coaching, developing, and leading through vision and values
  • Assess, develop, implement, recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent with a commitment to diverse hiring practices
  • Enable a customer-focused, partnership model and approach across the team to ensure delivery of a consistently outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Responsible for the selection, implementation, and ongoing use of all recruiting tools and platforms
  • Manage recruiting budget, vendors and associated recruiting expenses

What you have:

  • 10+ years experience in talent acquisition including: full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced startup corporate environment; with 6+ years of experience leading a team of recruiters
  • Global recruiting experience leading Talent Acquisition with an understanding of global recruiting dynamics, policies and business dynamics
  • Proven track record of success in leading talent acquisition function
  • Experience developing and executing short, mid, and long-term, data-driven strategies that yield top talent in competitive markets
  • Broad business acumen and leadership knowledge with a strong ability to influence
  • Thrive in complex environments and manage and bring clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to make determinations in an efficient and timely manner
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and is effective in developing positive and productive relationships with all levels of staff and management across the organization
