Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Executive Leadership team. Our ideal candidate is a team player, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details. As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for administrative work and experience supporting VP and C-level execs in a fast-paced scaling startup environment. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising between the internal organization and the senior leadership team
  • Working closely with other EAs, project managers, and team leaders (internally & externally)
  • Creating efficiency and balance with your executive's calendars
  • Juggling multiple requests for executives' time using strong business judgment to prioritize the requests in real-time
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, including all logistics, space planning, communications, and catering
  • Managing travel coordination and arrangements
  • Preparing executive expense reports and purchase requisitionsActing as the point of contact for executive’s guests
  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects and personal requests as needed
  • Drafting internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
  • Helping plan and carry out executive offsites and team events

What you have:

  • 4-5 years of experience performing executive administrative support duties
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
  • Comfortable with managing a dynamic workload and able to make decisions independently
  • Previous experience supporting multiple senior-level executives
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, friendly, and professional
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get the job done
  • Proficient in GSuiteAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
